Ingredients

  • 5 oranges

  • 1 Lemon

  • 5 carrots

  • 1 small piece of ginger

Directions

  • Squeeze the orange juice and also the lemon juice.
  • Mix them in the same glass.
  • In a blender, grind the small piece of ginger and the carrots cut into small pieces to extract the juices in the desired quantity.
  • Blend and sieve the two plants through a sieve.
  • Mix all the juices together to have a homogeneous mixture of your vitamin juice

  • Drink it straight away! Or leave in the fridge and serve yourself!
